I’m Larissa “Lara” Smith, a licensed acupuncture physician, Doctor of Oriental Medicine, herbalist, and advocate for natural healing. My mission is to help women feel vibrant, balanced, and supported through every phase of life—from fertility, IVF support, pregnancy, and postpartum care to hormone balance, stress relief, emotional wellness, and graceful aging.

 

I specialize in helping women who are struggling with chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, PTSD, and the physical symptoms that often accompany emotional overwhelm. Using acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutrition, functional medicine, and holistic lifestyle guidance, I focus on addressing the root cause of imbalance so the body can heal naturally and sustainably.

I’m also passionate about helping women look and feel their best from the inside out through natural facial rejuvenation therapies that support healthy aging, inner radiance, and overall wellness—without harsh or invasive approaches.

As a mother myself, I understand how deeply we want our children to thrive. Supporting my own children’s health naturally has strengthened my passion for pediatric wellness, and I love helping families and children achieve optimal health through gentle, holistic medicine.

My love for Eastern medicine and holistic healing began early in life and eventually led me to study at East West College of Natural Medicine, where I earned my Master’s in Oriental Medicine. Today, I blend ancient wisdom with modern wellness approaches to help my patients restore balance, resilience, beauty, and vitality—naturally.
