I’m a licensed acupuncturist, Doctor of Oriental Medicine, herbalist, and advocate for organic foods and natural healing. My mission is to help you overcome stress, pain, and chronic health challenges by addressing the root cause of your symptoms and equipping you with the tools to sustain long-term wellness. My passion for natural medicine is deeply personal. I’ve witnessed firsthand the devastating impact of chronic pain and opioid dependency—losing a loved one to this cycle only strengthened my commitment to providing safe, effective alternatives. I believe in the power of natural medicine to relieve pain, break unhealthy patterns, and restore balance to the body.

My journey into holistic healing began early. From the third grade, I developed a deep appreciation for Japanese and Asian cultures, which later merged with my lifelong affinity for natural medicine when I enrolled at East West College of Natural Medicine in Sarasota, Florida. Today, I integrate ancient wisdom with modern approaches to help my patients achieve optimal health—naturally.

My approach to natural, drug-free healing goes beyond acupuncture to include a wide range of holistic therapies tailored to your unique needs.
In addition to acupuncture, I offer herbal and homeopathic medicine, injection therapy, fire cupping, moxibustion, tui na, gua sha, ear seeds, and individualized diet and lifestyle coaching.

It is beautiful, powerful, intelligent, and cannot be outwitted. The tears of the phoenix are known to have the ability to heal any wound or illness. Giving people the opportunity to heal and return better than before in mind, body, and spirit is the mission of my practice. I believe that when Eastern and Western medicine work together harmoniously, patients can benefit the most from their healthcare rather than being given “band-aids” to manage their sick-care.
